At My Fleur Boutique, each arrangement is handmade with care using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return and cancellation window.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
Special or custom orders (e.g., bulk or rare flowers) cannot be canceled unless we are able to stop the fulfillment from our suppliers.

Returns & Refunds

Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery has been made.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery so we can make it right.
We may issue a partial or full refund, store credit, or redelivery depending on the situation and product condition.
