At My Fleur Boutique, each arrangement is handmade with care using fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a limited return and cancellation window.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time.
• Special or custom orders (e.g., bulk or rare flowers) cannot be canceled unless we are able to stop the fulfillment from our suppliers.
Returns & Refunds
• Because flowers are perishable, we do not accept returns after delivery has been made.
• If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately on the day of delivery so we can make it right.
• We may issue a partial or full refund, store credit, or redelivery depending on the situation and product condition.
