We deliver 7 days a week – Monday through Sunday
Same-day delivery is not available
Orders must be placed in advance to allow for proper preparation and scheduling

While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.


 

Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value, while maintaining the original design and color palette.


 

Special Delivery Instructions

You may include specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g., building access details, safe drop-off locations).

If no one is available to receive the order:

Our courier may leave the arrangement at the door (if weather permits), with a neighbor, or with a doorman/concierge
In some cases, we may contact the recipient to coordinate redelivery

 

Incorrect Addresses or Delivery Issues

Delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
Missed deliveries due to inaccessible locations or lack of recipient contact

Once a delivery has been completed to the address provided, we are no longer responsible for the product.
